Order Information

Orders may be placed through our website or by telephone at 727-938-6110. After an order is placed from our website, the customer will receive an order number submitted via email. When the order ships, a UPS tracking number will also be emailed. To track your UPS package, please visit www.ups.com.

Shipping Information

Shipping rates are calculated directly from UPS as your order is processed. Delivery time is based on the UPS shipping method selected during the ordering process. When the order ships, a UPS tracking number will also be emailed. To track your UPS package, please visit www.ups.com.

Payment Methods

Payment Methods accepted: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Gold Fingers will accept Personal Checks for payment. Merchandise will be shipped once the check has cleared. To place an order using a personal check, please contact a Gold Fingers specialist at 727-938-6110.

Custom Orders

If any merchandise is mailed to Gold Fingers Jewelers, we recommend sending the items insured UPS. The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Your order with Gold Fingers Jewelers includes gift wrapping at no extra charge.

Refund and Return Policies

Exchanges may be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. You may receive a store credit or select other merchandise. If a return is to be made, Gold Fingers Jewelers must be notified in advance. If merchandise appears to be worn or damaged after it was received by the customer, it cannot be exchanged. There will be no refunds. Merchandise purchased on clearance will be final sale - no returns or refunds.
